RED FLANNEL DONATES CREATIVE SERVICES
TO NEW NATIONAL NON-PROFIT FOUNDATION |

| FREEHOLD, N.J., September 1, 2005 Red Flannel, a full-service marketing communications firm, donated its creative services to The Spirit of a Child Foundation, a national non-profit organization that helps families by strengthening the bonds between parents and their children. Red Flannel created a new logo for the foundation pro bono, and continues to advise the organization on their ongoing marketing efforts. "Red Flannel has generously donated their time and talent to design the Spirit of a Child Foundation's logo to help us position our organization more effectively, Sharon Wynn, president and co-founder of the Spirit of a Child Foundation, said. Red Flannel understood the importance of creating a memorable symbol for our organization. Our new logo will be the cornerstone of all of our national marketing materials by portraying the true nature, character and quality of our foundation. We are grateful to Red Flannel for their creativity and time." We believe in the fine work the foundation is doing, and by helping them take their materials to the next level we hope they will be able to increase fundraising and awareness to help many more families around the country, Jim Redzinak, Red Flannel co-founder, said.
