Spirit of a Child volunteer Bambi Roller of Wall, New Jersey along with some friends from the Joshua House and the Creed Angels, Inc., held a Lakota Aid project. This project raised monetary funds to transport a rental truck chock full of life saving supplies out to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation located in Oglala, South Dakota. People from all over the Monmouth county, New Jersey area donated and successfully filled a 17-foot trailer truck. The truck transported supplies such as: winter clothes for all ages groups, baby furniture/cribs, school supplies, bedding, food and various other sundry items. The impact of this Lakota Aid project benefited countless families and children who live in indigence circumstances everyday. Each contribution to this worthwhile cause helped to create a miracle for these families in need before the harsh winter imbedded it’s deadly grip upon their land.
THANK YOU!
The Spirit of a Child Foundation would like to thank all who participated in this project for their kindness, generosity and support.
