While carving your pumpkins this year, pull out the pumpkin seeds from the pumpkin pulp and put in a bowl of water.
Thoroughly wash the pumpkins seeds and remove any leftover pulp.
Dry thoroughly with a paper towel.
Spread on a cookie sheet with oil –just enough to coat the pumpkin seeds, a little salt (if wanted) and bake at 350 degrees until brown and crispy. About 45 minutes to an hour.
While baking, turn them over and spread around.
They are delicious to eat and can be stored for a few days to munch on!
Try cider with them – YUM !
